New Samba Podcast “Coburg Cabana” Launches

In the future, no one will have to wait a whole year to learn about samba, the festival, or the fusion of Franconian and South American joie de vivre. The new podcast “Coburg Cabana” launches in November 2025!

Each episode features fascinating personalities from politics, business, art, and culture – people who are connected to samba and the Coburg International Samba Festival in a variety of ways. Listeners can look forward to interesting conversations, surprising stories, moving biographies, and magical moments.

To kick things off, host Nini Beyersdorf, artistic director of the festival, speaks with Fernanda Campelo, this year’s winner of the “Rainha de Bateria” dance competition – our 2025 Samba Queen!
